So you’ve probably had a little wonder around our website and maybe even our Instagram or Facebook pages, so let's talk a little more about who we are…

We are non-identical twins called Flora and Libby- we are pretty inseparable and passionate about health and fitness. We were born in 1997 and grew up in Bristol. We have loved every moment of being twins and we are lucky that we get on so well and have such similar interests. From day one we were in it together! If one cried, we both cried! If one felt ill, suddenly the other felt ill too!  If one of us eats, we both eat…(ps it means double the cake on our birthday). We often find ourselves being influenced by one another! We decided to create @2twinfit on Instagram as a platform to keep us connected and motivated when we went our separate ways to university. We love how it has grown and how we are now helping and encouraging others too! 

We love to train, sweat, eat, and socialise. We often get asked how we balance all of this alongside work/studying. We know how hard it can feel trying to balance everything, so we are here to show you it is possible to reach your goals without making any massive sacrifices.

Like many people, our fitness journey started off bumpy, with little understanding, and doing hours of cardio post binge eating or heavy nights out drinking. Over the past 5 years, we have both had our fair share of ups and downs throughout our journey, but over the years we have learnt the only way to see results is through consistency, support and lifestyle changes. Flora is certified Level 2 and Level 3 Personal Trainer and Libby is currently completing hers. 

Over the years, our relationship with our body, fitness, and food has completely evolved to a stage where we never believed was achievable. This is the reason we do what we do. We want to help you  achieve your fitness goals, by helping you develop healthier and happier relationships with training, as well as helping you to improve your wellbeing and nutrition. We understand change is not easy, however with the right guidance, your fitness goals can be achievable! We want you to enjoy exercise, learn about nutrition and eat intuitively. Finally, we want you to feel confident in the skin you’re in, and fall in love with your body and everything it is capable of.
